The Association's Code of Conduct

introduction
This policy represents the definition of Islamic principles, etiquette, and morals, the basic source of an individual's behavior, and the dissemination of values, while enhancing professional and ethical values in the employee's relationship with his colleagues and superiors, which falls under the framework of developing the spirit of responsibility, adhering to it while enhancing customer confidence in the services provided by the association, and working to combat Corruption in all its forms.

This policy specifies these general responsibilities for all employees, and those who have contractual and voluntary relationships in the association, with the exception of those for whom special job conduct policies are issued in accordance with the regulations.
Statement
The association, its employees, and everyone individually affiliated with it guarantee commitment to:
First: integrity
Refrain from anything that undermines the honor of the job.
Allocate work time to perform job duties.
Work outside working hours whenever requested to do so in the interest of the association.
Serving the goals and objectives of the association in which he works.
Familiarity with laws and regulations and their application without overstepping or negligence.
Be honest in any official investigation or lawsuit in which you are involved.
Take formal measures to ensure the confidentiality of others' personal information.
Ensuring objectivity in his actions by acting impartially and without discrimination.
Second: Duties towards beneficiaries and clients
Respect their rights, take into account their interests without exception, and deal with them with kindness and courtesy.
Seeking to gain his trust through integrity.
Respond to them according to proper behavior in all work in accordance with regulations and instructions.
Handle documents and personal information with complete confidentiality in accordance with regulations and instructions.
Refraining from any work that negatively affects job confidence.
Third: Duties towards superiors and subordinates
The employee must implement the orders of his superiors in accordance with the work structure and administrative hierarchy, without violating the regulations and instructions, while stating this in writing to his superior when it occurs.
The employee must deal with his colleagues with respect and courtesy and contribute to building a healthy environment with them.
The employee must share his opinions with high professionalism and objectivity.
The employee is concerned with providing assistance to his colleagues in solving the problems they face in the field of work.
The employee must be a good role model for his colleagues in terms of adherence to regulations and instructions.
The employee should seek to transfer the experiences he has gained to his colleagues in developing their skills through training and dealing with them without discrimination.
Fourth: General prohibitions
Employees are prohibited from abusing job authority and exploiting influence, by accepting or requesting bribery or committing any of the forms stipulated in the anti-bribery system.
Employees are prohibited from forgery or any form of imitation.
Workers are prohibited from combining two jobs and another without obtaining prior approval.
Workers are prohibited from participating in collective complaints or filing malicious complaints against persons or entities.
Workers are prohibited from collecting documents, samples, or personal information about any person unless it is within a regulatory framework and within necessary work requirements.
Employees are prohibited from disclosing confidential information, documents, or papers that bear a character of importance and confidentiality, which they obtained due to their job, even after the end of the contractual relationship with them, unless their disclosure is explicitly permitted under the regulations.
Employees are prohibited from disclosing to the media any intervention, comment, or statement on topics that are still under study or investigation, or through any social media means.
Employees are prohibited from directing any criticism or blame to the Sultanate or any foreign government, through any means of internal or external media.
Employees are prohibited from issuing, publishing, or signing any speech or statement that opposes the Sultanate's policy, or conflicts with its political systems and interests.
Fifth: Gifts and privileges
Employees are prohibited from accepting gifts, privileges, or services offered to them directly, or any advantage that might affect their integrity.
Workers are prohibited from accepting any honor, gift, or award from any external party without obtaining official approval from the supervising authority.
Employees are prohibited from accepting any facilities or discounts on private purchases from suppliers who have transactions with the association.
Workers are prohibited from using any information they obtain by virtue of their work to obtain a service or special treatment from any party.
Sixth: Use of technology
Employees must take all necessary measures to maintain the technical devices in their possession and entrusted to them.
Workers are committed not to download programs or applications onto devices except after coordinating with the professional department to do so.
Workers are obligated not to use devices for work purposes, and not to store information that is not part of their work.
Workers are committed to maintaining their login information and the confidential information on their devices.
Seventh: Dealing with the Internet
Workers who have access to the Internet must commit to using the network for work purposes.
Workers adhere to the terms and requirements of intellectual property rights for programs and files.
Employees are obligated not to upload any material that violates morals and customs or any illegal activity under which the perpetrator may be punished.
Employees who have been assigned an e-mail address are obligated not to use it to create messages that are not related to the work assigned to them, and not to open any message from an unknown source until after coordination with the professional department.
Eighth: Combating corruption:
Employees are obligated to disclose in writing to the association any current or potential conflict of interest situation, and not to participate in any decision that directly or indirectly affects the award of any contract to which one of his relatives is a party.
Employees must report in writing to the relevant department any violation of the applicable regulations and instructions that they become aware of during their work, and inform the competent authorities of any corruption they become aware of during their job, for the sake of anti-corruption efforts.
Ninth: The entity's commitment to the employee
The association's executive management must publish this policy on its website, and make it clear
