A comprehensive training workshop for all it's sectors on the implementation of the quality management system

International Istiqama Muslim Charitable Association held a comprehensive training workshop for all its sectors on the application of the quality management system in all sectors. This workshop aims to enhance efficiency and improve performance through the application of total quality standards in the various activities and services provided by the Association. The workshop included intensive training sessions on the components of a quality management system, such as documentation, training, as well as analytical tools to improve processes. This step comes within the framework of the Association's endeavor to achieve customer satisfaction and enhance its reputation by providing high-quality services and products.
